Envirowales Limited is the United Kingdom’s most advanced lead-acid battery recycling facility, located in Ebbw Vale, NP23 5Sd, South Wales. Every year, Envirowales process millions of used automotive and industrial batteries, recovering lead, lead alloys, polypropylene, and neutralised sulphatesthat go straight back into the UK and European supply chain.
With Best Available Techniques (BAT), full UK Environmental Permits, and a commitment to the circular economy, Envirowales ensures that 95% of every battery is recycled into high-quality raw materials.
